Kona is a mixed breed dog that Help Save Pets pulled from a county kill shelter down south. Kona has a heart condition called pulmonary stenosis. This causes an obstruction of flow through her heart and is life threatening unless surgically repaired. We are on a time constraint as the cardiologist recommends she gets the surgery as soon as we are able. Her surgery plus after-care will cost upwards of $3500. Join us, June 2nd at the Animal Care Center of Plainfield for a Pet Appreciation Day. There will be food, vendors, and a dunk tank ( drs will take the plunge).
