D591 LuckyMy name is Lucky and I haven’t been so lucky lately. See, I am an active, “working” breed dog trying to live in the city. It’s hard to find things to herd and I miss working on the farm. I was adopted into two different families with small children and I decided it was my job to be in charge. I got into mischief with their toys and tried to boss the kids around. Now my rescue angels tell me that I have to live in a home with adults only. I also need strong dog owners who will make sure I stay trained and accountable to them. A nice walk or run at least once a day will really help me stay calm. Oh, and I have a strong preference for women but I will warm up to men if they go slow and let it be on my terms. I hate to ask for all these special favors, but I really want my next home to work out and last forever. Do you know someone who will love me just the way I am? Please come and visit and see why my rescue angels will not give up on me! I am eligible for foster placement prior to adoption. Lucky is an Australian Cattle Dog mix and is about a year old and given her background needs a home experienced with this breed.
